Every plate is cooked to order on our flat-top grill: high heat, fresh ingredients, and the kind of sear you can only get from a properly seasoned griddle running at full temperature. There are no heat lamps, no holding trays, and no shortcuts. Your plate goes from the grill to the container to your hands, and it tastes like it.
What Comes With a Hibachi Plate
Every hibachi plate starts with your choice of protein. You can go with chicken, shrimp, flank steak, or a combination of any two. Each protein is seasoned and grilled to order, giving it that signature char on the outside while staying tender and juicy inside. Alongside your protein, you get a generous portion of fried rice or noodles, cooked on the same flat-top with soy sauce, eggs, butter, and vegetables. The rice picks up that smoky griddle flavor that makes hibachi fried rice different from anything you can make at home. Every plate also comes with a side of mixed grilled vegetables: zucchini, onions, mushrooms, and broccoli, all charred and seasoned on the grill. And of course, everything is finished with our house yum yum sauce, the creamy, tangy condiment that ties the whole plate together.
